Remember me posting that I had picked up a bedroom set? HERE
I painted the bedside tables.
Now it was time to move on to the dresser.
Here is the semi before pic.
Very dated and ugly and well you get the picture. The legs were ho-hum and the doors just didn't make sense.
So I took off the doors, painted the inside and had my awesomeness of a husband cut the whole bottom off. Then...... it turned into something I can only describe as amazing!
I swear. Sometimes these things just happen!
An idea just pops into your head and you run with it, without thinking it through!
These legs I found at the Restore. Can you guess what they are made of?
Doors are gone, but Shelves make soooo much more sense open :)
Happy me! Happy Credenza!
Kept the drawers because they make great hidden storage.
Just had to add these awesome pieces to the top for pics..I can't get enough of them :)
Have a wonderful Monday everyone :)

I love this! I want to do something like this for a tv stand. Now I know to be on the lookout for a dresser- thanks!

Awwww thank you. And the legs if bought at a place that sells furniture legs would cost $40+ each. (I've checked dozens of places online) Or do what I did...go to the re store and get fence toppers for $2 each and turn them upside down, painted them and glaze them. Happy happy :)
